Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to payments made to St Joseph´s Convent High School CBSE,
Chittaranjan through online or digital payment methods.
School fees once paid are generally non-refundable except in cases approved by the school management under
special circumstances.
Duplicate payments or excess payments made due to technical errors may be considered for refund after
verification.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing along with payment proof and supporting documents.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing
period.
Admission fees, registration fees, examination fees, and other administrative charges are non-refundable unless
otherwise decided by the school management.
In case of transaction failure where payment is deducted but receipt is not generated, parents are advised to
contact the school accounts department immediately for reconciliation.
The school reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
